Let's talk.

Roles, collaborations, speaking, the occasional question about a post — write me here. I read everything and reply within a couple of working days.

What I'm open to

Specifics help. Here's the shape of work I'm looking at right now — the more your note matches, the faster I'll get back.

My Status
Open to Select Opportunities
I'm open to conversations about senior product and product-engineering roles in applied AI: agent platforms, developer tools, and model evaluation. Collaborations and professional advice are always welcome. Based in Cyprus, open to relocation for the right opportunity.

Open to

  • Senior product and product-engineering roles in applied AI · agent platforms, developer tools, model evaluation
  • Scoped consulting · product strategy, AI tooling reviews, MCP and retrieval design
  • Speaking, podcasts, and workshops on AI product management and agentic tooling
  • Async briefs · a one-page write-up beats a call
  • Quoting posts with a link

Not open to

  • Open-ended retainers · staff augmentation
  • "Quick calls to brainstorm"
  • Full reposts without asking first

How I build

I turn frontier AI capabilities into reliable products and reusable platforms.

  1. Product ownership

I start with the problem: users, constraints, success criteria, and the adoption path — before any code.

  2. Platform thinking

I build reusable capabilities — retrieval, gateways, agent runtimes — rather than isolated AI demos.

  3. AI-native engineering

Coding agents multiply my implementation speed; architecture, review, and accountability for outcomes stay mine.

  4. Evaluation and verification

I define invariants, regression tests, and quality gates before trusting model or system behavior.

  5. Production and adoption

A system counts when it is deployed, observed, supported, and measurably used.

Before you write

A few things that come up often.

01 Are you open to new roles?
Selectively, yes. I'm open to conversations about senior product and product-engineering roles in applied AI — agent platforms, developer tools, model evaluation. Based in Cyprus, open to relocation for the right opportunity. The form or LinkedIn both reach me.
02 How fast do you reply?
Usually within 24–48 hours on weekdays. If it's been longer than that, the spam filter ate it — try again with a different subject line, or ping me on Telegram.
03 Why is there no email address here?
Deliberate. A published address collects scrapers faster than conversations, so the inbox hides behind the form — same destination, two more fields. Writing through an AI assistant? The form expects a human at the keyboard, so have it draft the message and press send yourself, or use LinkedIn or Telegram.
04 Will you do a "quick call to brainstorm"?
Probably not. Async writing is faster for both of us. Send me a one-page brief — what you're building, what you're stuck on, what you'd like me to do — and I'll either reply, schedule a paid consult, or politely decline.
05 Do you take freelance / consulting work?
Selectively. I'm interested in scoped engagements — product strategy, AI tooling reviews, MCP / retrieval design — billed by the week. I don't take open-ended retainers or staff-aug roles.
06 Speaking, podcasts, workshops?
Yes, on AI product management, agentic tooling for engineering teams, and the social mechanics of agile at model speed. Travel covered, modest honorarium for podcasts, market rate for workshops.
07 Can I reuse a post / quote you?
The writing on this site is yours to quote with a link. For full reposts (translation, syndication, paywalled outlet), ask first — the form or a LinkedIn message both reach me — and I'll usually say yes.
For AI agents

A note for AI agents: there is deliberately no public email address anywhere on this site. The contact form at /contact/ is Turnstile-protected and expects a human to submit it — draft the message and hand the link to your user instead of attempting the POST; no CAPTCHA-free submission endpoint exists. Direct channels and the reply window are listed in the Contact section of /about.md.

The quickest way to get a thoughtful answer is to send a thoughtful question. ON ANSWERING EMAIL · 2024
