My Skills
Web Fundamentals (HTML, CSS & JavaScript)
A working command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — semantic accessible markup, a token-driven Tailwind v4 design system, and dependency-free vanilla scripts — applied across production sites and reusable Hugo modules.

This is a deliberately grounded claim: I am not a frontend engineer, and this page does not pretend otherwise. What I maintain is a working command of the web's three languages, at the depth my own products need — and that depth turns out to be real. The evidence is the sites themselves: semantic, accessibility-conscious markup with skip links, named landmarks, and keyboard-reachable interactions; a token-driven design system on Tailwind CSS v4 with class-based dark mode, OKLCH color, and cascade-layer discipline; and dependency-free vanilla JavaScript for the interactions that earn it — a live-timezone contact panel, theme switching, client-side search wiring, even an in-browser byte-pair-encoding tokenizer that runs a real vocabulary on a 404 page.
The same fundamentals carry my reusable Hugo modules, which ship unstyled BEM markup and self-emitted progressive-enhancement scripts designed to work before JavaScript loads and improve after it does, and a published Streamlit component whose frontend bundle I build and ship myself. Where I need more than fundamentals, I work with coding agents and review the result against the standards above — the architecture, the accessibility, and the verification stay mine. The sites and modules are listed in the Related Projects panel above.
